Ask Oldak why he wishes to know more about the fairy circles, and he'll say that he would like to return to Yubiusk to rescue Zanik. Tell him about the Dramen Staff, and he will say that it is too inconvenient to visit Entrana every RS gold time he needs one, so that he tells you that the two of you have to visit the Dramen Tree, attempt to acquire a seed, and develop a new Dramen Tree in Dorgeshkan.

Visit the Port Sarim bar and you'll see a cutscene with Oldak requesting some drunken sailors directions to the Entrana ship. Among the sailors will start attacking Oldak. Talk to Oldak and you'll see a cutscene of you two sailing to Entrana. Head to the cave, past the zombies, you don't want an axe, and to the shrub. Oldak will harvest a seed and inform you his teleorb got ruined by the demons. Rather than going there however, well, where you property, this dialogue will happen:

Where are you? This is not that town! We obtained them while they teleported. How can they have. . It was the world that they stole! They used it to intercept us! I knew if I got you coming from Entrana, you would not have the ability to fight . Now tell me, where is the other filthy goblin? She is where you can't hurt her, even though that isn't really great...

You now have to go up against two level 22 HAM guards and a level 50 HAM mage... with your bare hands. About a minute into the battle, Oldak will tinker with OSRS buy gold his sphere, and you two will go to Port Sarim for real time. Speak to him, and you will visit Dorgeshkan, do not worry, you will walk and not get intercepted again.
