HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows
Step 1: Open the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows website (link in Resources). This software helps you repair, download and install the necessary HP software and drivers solution for your HP printer.
Step 2: Click the "Download" button and then save the file to your computer. Open the "hppiw.exe" file after your download completes.
Step 3: Follow the prompts to proceed through the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows. The wizard scans your computer and devices and may ask you to disconnect and reconnect your printer or scanner. You may be asked to confirm downloading additional drivers and software.
Step 4: Reboot your computer. After your computer restarts, press "Start," then type "HP Solution Center" or "HP Printer Assistant" to open the HP solution software for your printer or scanner.
